Something to eat with soup: Crackers!

finally i found an excuse to post my little homemade crackers recipe. since it is not a real recipe, i was not sure whether to write about them or not. you just have to knead flour, salt, water and olive oil (a proportion for the liquids would be 3/4 of water and 1/4 of olive oil). then let it rest covered for 15 minutes and make your cute crackers. the fun part of this recipe is mixing different types of flour (all purpose, wholemeal, spelt, etc), or adding dry herbs (thyme, rosmary, etc). bake in preheated oven 200degrees until golden.
